- 2 pounds pork ribs
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Prepare the ribs by removing the membrane from the back.
- In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, paprika, and salt.
- Coat the ribs with the sauce mixture.
- Place the ribs in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until tender.
- Serve with extra barbecue sauce if desired.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the ribs overnight.
- Adjust the amount of barbecue sauce to your taste.
- Serve with coleslaw for a complete meal.
