Ingredients

  • 1 pound ziti pasta
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 4 cups water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer half of the pasta mixture in the crockpot.
  4. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the pasta.
  5. Add the remaining pasta mixture on top.
  6. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Pour water around the edges of the crockpot.
  8. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
