Crock pot lasagna is a hearty and comforting dish made with layers of pasta, cheese, and meat sauce.
Ingredients

- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Mix ricotta cheese, egg, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce in the bottom of the crock pot.
- Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Add half of the ricotta mixture, half of the ground beef, and a layer of mozzarella.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles and sauce on top.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and remaining mozzarella on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until noodles are tender.
Notes
- Use no-boil lasagna noodles for easier layering.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms.
- Let it sit for 15 minutes before serving for easier slicing.
