Ingredients

- 6 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Pour milk and heavy cream into the crock pot.
- Add chocolate chips, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Once melted and smooth, serve warm.

- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
- Top with whipped cream or marshmallows if desired.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
