Delicious honey garlic chicken thighs made in a crock pot.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional for thickening)
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the crock pot.
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, and ginger.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- If desired, mix cornstarch with a little water and add to the sauce to thicken.
- Serve with rice or vegetables.

- Adjust honey for sweetness preference.
- Use boneless thighs for quicker cooking.
