Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Place chicken thighs in the crock pot.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, and ginger.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. If desired, mix cornstarch with a little water and add to the sauce to thicken.
