Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, diced

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  3. Transfer the beef mixture to the crock pot.
  4. Add potatoes, carrots, and beef broth.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Stir in milk and cheese before serving.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
