Ingredients

  • 4 cube steaks
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season cube steaks with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Place cube steaks in the crock pot.
  3. Add sliced onion on top of the steaks.
  4. Pour cream of celery soup and beef broth over the steaks.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meat is tender.
  6. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
