A comforting and hearty crock pot creamy chicken parmesan soup.
Ingredients

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- Add chicken broth, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Remove chicken and shred it.
- Return shredded chicken to the pot.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and spinach.
- Cook for an additional 30 minutes on low.
- Stir well and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust seasonings to taste.
- Use fresh spinach for best results.
- Serve with crusty bread.
