Ingredients

- 3 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 orange, juiced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 bay leaves
Instructions
- Season the pork with salt, pepper, cumin, and oregano.
- Place the pork in the slow cooker with onion and garlic.
- Add orange juice, lime juice, and bay leaves.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or until tender.
- Remove pork and shred with forks.
- Spread shredded pork on a baking sheet.
- Broil for 5-10 minutes for a crispy texture.

- Serve with tortillas and toppings of your choice.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
