Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg and add ice-cold water.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients gently; do not overmix.
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
- Dip shrimp in batter and carefully place in hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove shrimp and drain on paper towels.
- Serve immediately with dipping sauce.
