Description
Crispy mini blooming onions made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

			- 4 mini onions
 - 1 cup buttermilk
 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
 - 1 teaspoon paprika
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper
 - 1 cup breadcrumbs
 
Instructions
- Soak mini onions in buttermilk for 30 minutes.
 - Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
 - Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
 - Coat soaked onions in the flour mixture.
 - Dip onions back into buttermilk, then coat with breadcrumbs.
 - Place onions in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
 - Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
 - Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
