 - 1 cup buttermilk
 - 1/2 cup honey
 - 2 tbsp hot sauce
 - Oil for frying
 
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
 - Dip shrimp in buttermilk, then coat with the flour mixture.
 - Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
 - Fry shrimp until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
 - In a saucepan, combine honey and hot sauce; heat until warm.
 - Drizzle the honey sauce over the fried shrimp.
 - Serve immediately and enjoy.
