- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Slice the zucchini into rounds.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Coat each zucchini slice in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the zucchini slices until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
