Description
Crispy fried ravioli are delicious pasta pockets filled with cheese and herbs, coated in breadcrumbs and fried until golden brown.
Ingredients

			- 1 package of ravioli (fresh or frozen)
 - 1 cup of breadcrumbs
 - 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
 - 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
 - 2 eggs
 - 1 cup of oil for frying
 
Instructions
- Cook the ravioli according to package instructions and let them cool.
 - In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
 - In another bowl, beat the eggs.
 - Dip each ravioli in the egg, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.
 - Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
 - Fry the ravioli in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
 - Remove and drain on paper towels.
 - Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
