Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, cornmeal, baking powder, cayenne, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk and eggs.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
  4. Fold in crawfish tails.
  5. Heat oil in a deep pot.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
  7. For the dip, mix cheddar cheese, jalapeno, and sour cream in a bowl.
  8. Serve beignets hot with the jalapeno cheddar dip.
