- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup crushed cornflakes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed cornflakes, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Set up a breading station: place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and the cornflake mixture in a third.
- Coat each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, then coat in the cornflake mixture.
- Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
