Ingredients

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each salmon piece in the flour mixture, then in beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Place the coated salmon bites on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until crispy and golden.
  7. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha.
  8. Serve the salmon bites with the sauce on the side.
