Instructions

- Toss the zucchini slices in the oil mixture until fully coated.
- Place the zucchini slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 1 to 2 hours, flipping halfway, until crispy.
- Let cool before serving.
