Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the fish fillets into strips.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Dip each fish strip first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated fish sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use any firm white fish like cod or haddock.
- For extra crunch, add cornmeal to the breadcrumbs.
