Ingredients

- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the cauliflower.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- While baking, prepare the garlic sauce.
- Serve the cauliflower bites with garlic sauce on the side.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
- Make sure to space out florets on the baking sheet.
- For a vegan option, substitute eggs with a flax egg.
