Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup cooked chicken, crispy and chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup sesame dressing
Instructions
- Prepare the vegetables: wash and chop the mixed greens, carrots, cucumbers, and red cabbage.
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, carrots, cucumbers, red cabbage, and cilantro.
- Add the crispy chicken on top of the salad.
- Drizzle sesame dressing over the salad.
- Sprinkle sliced almonds on top.
- Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
- Serve immediately.
