Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup vanilla pudding
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- In a saucepan, heat milk and butter until warm.
- Add milk mixture to dry ingredients and mix.
- Add eggs and knead until smooth.
- Let dough rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out dough and cut into heart shapes.
- Fry donuts until golden brown.
- Let cool, then fill with vanilla pudding mixture.
- Top with heavy cream and sprinkle brown sugar.
- Caramelize the sugar with a torch before serving.
