Instructions

  2. Rub the turkey with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
  3. Stuff the turkey with the stuffing.
  4. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
  5. Roast for about 3 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
  6. In the last hour, remove the foil to allow the skin to crisp.
  7. Meanwhile, steam the green beans until tender.
  8. Serve the turkey with cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie.
