Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and sugar.
- Add melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool and decorate with edible glitter.
