- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 egg

- 1 cup cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, spinach, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake meatballs for 20 minutes until cooked through.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
- Add the cooked meatballs to the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
