Description

Creamy spinach mushroom lasagna is a rich and flavorful dish that combines layers of pasta, spinach, mushrooms, and a creamy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and mushrooms, sauté until mushrooms are soft.
  4. Add spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, cream, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Spread a layer of the ricotta mixture in the bottom of a baking dish.
  7. Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the ricotta mixture.
  8. Add half of the spinach and mushroom mixture on top.
  9. Repeat layers, ending with a layer of noodles and remaining ricotta mixture.
  10. Top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  11. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Notes

  • You can substitute frozen spinach for fresh spinach.
  • Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving.
