Description

A delicious creamy spicy garlic butter steak and pasta recipe that combines tender steak with flavorful pasta in a rich sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 lb steak
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat.
  3. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then sear it in the skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove the steak and let it rest.
  5. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Add heavy cream and red pepper flakes, stirring to combine.
  7. Slice the steak and add it to the sauce.
  8. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Adjust spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
  • Use your favorite pasta type.
