- 2 cups flour tortillas
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté shrimp until pink.
- Mix cream cheese, half the cheese, and green onions in a bowl.
- Fill tortillas with shrimp mixture and roll them up.
- Place rolled tortillas in a baking dish.
- Top with salsa and remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly.
