- 2 cups sharp cheddar jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the cheddar jack cheese and cream cheese until well combined.
- Add the sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or vegetables.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
- Add jalapeños for a spicy kick.
