- 150g salmon fillet
- 100g fresh spinach
- 200ml heavy cream
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add salmon fillet and cook until fully cooked, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Remove salmon and flake it into bite-sized pieces.
- In the same pan, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Add flaked salmon and cooked pasta to the pan. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
