Ingredients

  • 200g pasta
  • 150g salmon fillet
  • 100g fresh spinach
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add salmon fillet and cook until fully cooked, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  5. Remove salmon and flake it into bite-sized pieces.
  6. In the same pan, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  8. Add flaked salmon and cooked pasta to the pan. Mix well.
  9. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
