- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) sweet corn, drained
- 2 cups bowtie pasta
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat from beef.
- Add sweet corn, ranch seasoning, cream cheese, and milk to the beef.
- Stir until cream cheese is melted and mixture is combined.
- Add cooked pasta and mix well.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
Notes
- For added flavor, use garlic powder in the beef mixture.
- Substitute ground turkey for a lighter option.
- Can be prepared ahead and refrigerated before baking.
