Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 1 cup peas
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooled pasta, peas, carrots, and green onions to the bowl.
- Toss until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.

- Use any pasta shape you prefer.
- Feel free to add more vegetables.
