Description

Creamy pan seared salmon with lemon garlic cream sauce is a flavorful dish that combines tender salmon with a rich and zesty sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add salmon fillets, skin side down, and cook for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through. Remove from skillet.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Add heavy cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Stir to combine.
  7. Simmer the sauce for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  8. Return salmon to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
