			- 2 salmon fillets
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 cup heavy cream
 - 1 lemon, juiced and zested
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Fresh parsley for garnish
 
Instructions
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
 - Add salmon fillets, skin side down, and cook for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
 - Flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through. Remove from skillet.
 - In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
 - Add heavy cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Stir to combine.
 - Simmer the sauce for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
 - Return salmon to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
 - Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
