- 500g mushrooms, sliced
- 200ml cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add mushrooms, cook until they are browned.
- Pour in cream, stir well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
