Ingredients

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and mustard.
- Add the cooled macaroni to the bowl.
- Mix in celery, onion, bell pepper, and relish.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
