- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chicken broth, lemon juice, and zest; stir well.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Return chicken to the skillet and cook until heated through.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
