Creamy herb chicken served with basmati rice.
Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add chicken broth and heavy cream to the skillet. Stir well.
- Return chicken to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- In a separate pot, cook basmati rice according to package instructions.
- Serve chicken over basmati rice with sauce poured on top.

- Adjust herbs to your taste.
- Substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option.
