A creamy grilled steak bowl featuring fresh zucchini.
Ingredients

- 1 pound of steak
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the steak with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the steak for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
- During the last few minutes, add the zucchini slices to the grill.
- Remove the steak and zucchini from the grill and let the steak rest for a few minutes.
- Slice the steak and arrange it in a bowl with grilled zucchini.
- In a small bowl, mix the sour cream and Parmesan cheese. Drizzle over the steak and zucchini.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- You can use a different cut of steak if preferred.
