Ingredients

  • 1 pound of steak
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the steak for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  4. During the last few minutes, add the zucchini slices to the grill.
  5. Remove the steak and zucchini from the grill and let the steak rest for a few minutes.
  6. Slice the steak and arrange it in a bowl with grilled zucchini.
  7. In a small bowl, mix the sour cream and Parmesan cheese. Drizzle over the steak and zucchini.
