Description
A refreshing and creamy pasta salad made with Greek yogurt.
Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain and rinse the pasta under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic powder.
- Add the cooked pasta to the bowl and mix well.
- Stir in the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and black olives.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use whole wheat pasta for a healthier option.
- Add herbs like dill or parsley for extra flavor.
- This salad can be made a day in advance.
