Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
- Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Roast the potatoes for 25-30 minutes until golden.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring until combined. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Once the potatoes are done, mix them with the creamy garlic sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
