  • Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
  • Parmesan cheese: 100 grams (1 cup), grated
  • Fresh parsley: 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt and pepper: To taste
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil and cook the spaghetti until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and golden.
  3. Lower the heat and add heavy cream, stirring to combine. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and the sauce is smooth.
  5. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce. Adjust the consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
