Ingredients
- Spaghetti: 400 grams (about 14 oz)
- Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
- Heavy cream: 240 ml (1 cup)
- Parmesan cheese: 100 grams, grated (about 1 cup)
- Fresh parsley: 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt and pepper: to taste
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Lower the heat and add heavy cream to the skillet, stirring to combine. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
