  • Fresh parsley: 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt and pepper: to taste
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
