Instructions
- In a pot, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

- Reduce heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once orzo is tender, stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
