  • Fresh spinach: 150 grams (about 5 oz)
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Salt: to taste
  • Pepper: to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by patting it dry, seasoning with salt and pepper, and cooking in olive oil until golden brown.
  2. Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and reserve some pasta water.
  3. Make the creamy garlic sauce by sautéing minced garlic, adding heavy cream, and stirring in grated Parmesan cheese until smooth.
