Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 cup fresh herbs, chopped (parsley, basil)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink.
- Pour in heavy cream and add paprika.
- Simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Mix in salt and pepper to taste.
- In a separate bowl, combine cooked rice with fresh herbs.
- Serve shrimp over herb rice.
