Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  4. Add mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
  5. Mash the mixture until smooth.
  6. Gently fold in crab meat and chives.
  7. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
  8. Garnish with extra chives if desired.
