Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup lump crab meat
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs and let them cool.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
- Mash the mixture until smooth.
- Gently fold in crab meat and chives.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with extra chives if desired.
