Instructions
- Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.

- Sprinkle flour over vegetables and stir to combine.
- Gradually add seafood stock, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and Old Bay seasoning.
- Add crab meat and heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
