Creamy chili chicken enchiladas made with tender chicken, creamy sauce, and cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 can diced green chilies
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken, cream cheese, salsa, green chilies, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spoon the mixture into each tortilla and roll them up.
  4. Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish.
  5. Top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
