- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas and carrots)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, uncooked rice, chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- Feel free to use leftover chicken.
