Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas and carrots)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, uncooked rice, chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
