- 8 oz penne pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup basil pesto
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Cook penne pasta according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add cooked chicken and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Stir in pesto and heavy cream.
- Mix in Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Add cooked pasta and toss to coat.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot.

- Use leftover chicken for quicker prep.
- Adjust pesto quantity to taste.
- Can substitute cream with milk for a lighter version.
